The Peoples’ Academy for Role Transfer (PART) is a dynamic platform dedicated to strengthening people’s capacities, fostering collaboration, and driving transformative change. Established in line with POPI’s vision of inclusive and sustainable development, PART creates opportunities for learning, innovation, and the exchange of knowledge that empower individuals and institutions to become more effective agents of change.

PART serves not only as a centre for the professional growth of POPI staff and programme participants, but also as a resource for other development organizations, community institutions, government agencies, private sectors and stakeholders seeking to enhance skills, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.  PART promotes effective role transfer by enabling experienced practitioners and institutions to share knowledge, skills, and proven practices, helping individuals and organizations strengthen their capacities and contribute more effectively to social development. Through workshops, training programmes, seminars, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, PART contributes to building capable human resources and strengthening development practice.

With training center’s in Kishoreganj and Jamalpur, PART continues to expand access to quality capacity-building opportunities, supporting individuals and organizations in creating lasting social impact and advancing sustainable development.
